Self-Care Activities That Go Beyond Everyday Indulgences

Sit Outside

Practice Deep Breathing

Simple deep-breathing exercises can activate your body's relaxation response, reducing stress and anxiety. Find a quiet place, close your eyes, inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 3, hold for a count of 3, and then exhale for a count of 3 through your nose. Repeat 3-5 times.
